Charging the Case

Connect the USB charging cable to a USB-A port, and the Micro USB plug to the back of the charging case. The LED light will flash blue rapidly, and will conclude charging after around 2 hours. When the battery is fully charged, the LED light will stay blue. Once charged, the case can be used to charge your dead earbuds.

Charging the Earbuds

Put the earbuds into the charging case ( the “right” earbud in the slot with “R” mark, and the “left” in the slot with “L” mark ). The earbud’s red LED light will turn on to indicate the earbuds are charging. It takes around 2 hours for the earbuds to fully charge. When the battery is full, the LED light will turn blue, and 1 minute later the LED light will turn off. When both earbuds are fully charged, the charging case will turn off the charging function automatically and turn to standby.

Pairing a New Device

Activate the Bluetooth function on your phone or music device. Please refer to the manufacturer’s instructions for instructions if you are having trouble enabling Bluetooth on your device. Once you have activated Bluetooth, select “JELLEEZ- TW” from the list of available Bluetooth devices. If required, enter the password ‘0000’ to confirm & finalize pairing.

1. Can I use just one earbud at a time?

Yes, these earbuds support the use of just one bud at a time, leaving the other in the charging case. This is also a good way to ‘extend’ the battery life.

2. One earbud isn’t charging, what do I do?

Make sure the charging case for your earbuds has been charged before your first use. If the problem persists, make sure each earbud is sitting on the corresponding prongs inside the case, allowing it to charge.
