Sales Coordinator – OEM

As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for processing customer orders and providing support to our sales team. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with high volumes and timelines and demonstrate a proven track record of building strong professional relationships with internal teams and customers. This role will undertake general administration duties that will allow the sales teams to focus on sales. Candidate MUST be proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft D365.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years OEM industry knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft D365.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environment
  • Sound knowledge in logistics and sales support process
  • Process customer orders using Microsoft D365
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and occasional extended hours to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent administrative skills
