1. Why do the microphone and receiver us 2.4Ghz and not Bluetooth?

In settings with a lot of Bluetooth devices, like smartphones or laptops, there can be interference. The use of 2.4Ghz allows the voice amplifier to connect on a less crowded frequency. In addition, 2.4Ghz microphone/receiver duos are known to have lower latency, as well as a longer working range (typically 100ft).

2. Why can I not hear my voice coming out of the soundbar?

Check these factors :

  • Make sure soundbar, microphone, and receiver are all charged and powered on.
  • Ensure that the receiver is plugged in securely to the soundbar and the receiver, and the microphone should not be more than 100ft away from the receiver at any time.
  • Check that the volume levels are high enough.
  • The mode could be incorrect, so try pressing the Mode button on top of the soundbar to switch through the other modes.
