Charging the Case

To charge the case, plug in the included micro USB cable and connect to a computer or wall charger. When fully charged, the battery life indicator will show four blue dots.

*When using for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds in the charging case, for up to 2 full hours.

Charging the Earbuds

Place the earbuds in the charger. The earbud LEDs will be a solid red when charging. The LEDs will turn off when they are fully charged.

*When both earbuds are fully charged, the charging case will turn off the charging function automatically and turn to standby.

Pairing a New Device

Remove the earbuds from the case, then place earbuds back into the case. Remove again and this will automatically tum the earbuds on. The flashing red and blue LEDs indicate that you are now in pairing mode. Now go to your device’s Bluetooth list and select “Sync Up” to get connected. No need to pair again, your Bluetooth device will auto connect to the earbuds for all future use.

1. Can I use just one earbud at a time?

Yes, these earbuds support the use of just one bud at a time, leaving the other in the charging case. This is also a good way to ‘extend’ the battery life.

2. One earbud isn’t charging, what do I do?

Make sure the charging case for your earbuds has been charged before your first use. If the problem persists, make sure each earbud is sitting on the corresponding prongs inside the case, allowing it to charge.

3. Can my earbuds get wet?

These earbuds are water-resistant, and not waterproof, meaning these earbuds can handle sweat and light rain but shouldn’t be submerged.
